So, this meditation is a very simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It has been effectively helping virtually every known illness and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical techniques to relieve side effects and promote quick recovery.

This form of meditation  is like a beautiful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki healing treats the whole person including the body, the emotions, the mind and the spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of mental peace, security and well being. Miraculous results have been reported by many and feel themselves as they have entered a new world of spirituality.

Reiki is an amazingly simple technique to learn, the ability to use Reiki meditation is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a practice class. This ability is passed on during an “attunement” given by a Reiki grand master and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of the life force energy to improve one’s health and enhance the quality of life one is living. The Reiki grand master must live a pious life and folow the principles.
